So much food, good rels, bad neighbours, good weather that's been my Christmas 2010. Christmas Eve - spent at home with some of the family - six of us altogether, Megan,Ross, Marcelle, Paul, Frank and me. Christmas Eve dinner was, lasagne, followed by roast whole turkey with bacon,fig and orange stuffing and gravy, roast potatoes, sweet potato, beans in garlic butter, salad. After that we had fresh fruit followed by Christmas pudding with custard. It was delicious.
As for bad neighbours they don't know when to stop partying, very annoying..

Christmas Day was at sister in law's. Lasagne, roast beef, veges very nice.

2011 here we come.

MMM what shall we eat tonight? I made croque monsier on Sunday, nice. Vege soup, Lamb roast and apple crumble, last night have chicken thigh cutlets tonight. weather is warming up wuhu.

tomato sauce

Tomatoes are so good at the moment. I have been making my own tomato sauce. I make only about 3 bottles at a time. The taste is so much better than store bought. Last night I made eggplant, mushroom, green olive with chilli penne. mmm nice. with sauce of course. will upload image.

What the hell

hey, let's just keep eating. Tonight we had swordfish, we had barramundi, pasta salad, smoked salmon, green salad, garlic bread.whew.
